What's New...

We’re excited to share a fresh set of updates that bring AI-powered capabilities, new communication channels, and expanded administrative tools to GW Apps. As always, these improvements are driven by your feedback and built to help you get more out of the platform.

Here’s what’s new:

• AI Actions

We’ve introduced a powerful new action type called “AI Agent” within your workflow actions. This release includes three ready-to-use agents:

  • Attachment Extraction – Automatically extract and process data from file attachments.
  • Translation – Translate record content across languages on the fly.
  • Sentiment Analysis – Analyze the tone and sentiment of text fields to better understand customer feedback or communications.

These AI features are designed to work with the LLM of your choice, giving you full control over which AI provider powers your workflows.

AI Actions

• Inbound Email

You can now create a dedicated email address that automatically generates new records in GW Apps when someone sends a message to it. Think of it as your own built-in support desk; whether it’s a customer inquiry, a complaint, or an internal request, every incoming email becomes a trackable record in your app.

Inbound Email

• New Role & User Management APIs

For organizations managing GW Apps at scale, we’ve added a set of new APIs focused on roles and user administration. You can now programmatically list roles, add or remove members from app roles, and retrieve the list of apps a user belongs to. These APIs are essential for enterprise-level governance and streamlining user management across your organization.

• Export Users to CSV

You can now export your full user list from the User Management section directly into a CSV file. This makes it easy to review, audit, or share user data with your team without any manual effort.

• Angular 21 Upgrade

Under the hood, we’ve upgraded our front-end framework to Angular 21. While you won’t see any visible changes, this upgrade ensures improved performance, security, and long-term stability across the platform.
