• AI-Generated Email and PDF Templates
GW Apps now includes AI-generated email and PDF templates, streamlining the process of template creation through natural language input. With this feature, users can describe their desired template, and the AI will generate a basic structure, complete with sample text and recommended field data variables. This makes it easier to quickly create professional templates tailored to your application’s needs.
• New "Behavior" Option for Dynamic Roles
We’ve introduced a new “Behavior” option when assigning users to dynamic or form-defined roles. This feature allows app designers to choose whether adding a user to a role should either include them alongside existing users or replace and override all users previously assigned to that role. This update offers greater control over role management, enabling more flexible assignment strategies depending on the application’s needs.
• Google Tag Manager for Anonymous Forms
Anonymous Forms now include an option to integrate Google Tag Manager. When enabled, data from form submissions will be sent to a designated Tag Manager Container ID, allowing users to track and manage tags for analytics or marketing purposes. If the option is unchecked, no data will be sent to Google Tag Manager, offering flexibility in tracking and data management.
