The Most Common Use Cases Discussed
Across both cities, the same operational workflows surfaced repeatedly:

Organizations are replacing ad-hoc email approvals with structured routing, visibility, and accountability. Teams want clear ownership, audit trails, and faster turnaround without losing control.
Employee Onboarding
HR, IT, and Operations teams want a shared system to track onboarding tasks, assign responsibilities, and eliminate “who owns this?” confusion.
Expense and Operational Spend Requests
Companies are centralizing approvals, documentation, and tracking to reduce back-and-forth and improve transparency.
In many cases, these workflows still live across spreadsheets, forms, email, and disconnected tools — creating friction as organizations grow.
What we heard in both locations
Nearly every conversation came back to the same issue:
